Outro grande gosto que tenho são civilizações antigas. Estava treinando com aquarela e tive algumas ideias, e criei uma paisagem com ruinas olmecas. As cabeças colossais tinham até 4 metros de altura e até 65 toneladas. Até onde eu sei eram criadas em homenagem a grandes reis africanos que visitavam as piramides mexicanas, então os olmecas construíam esses monumentos, retratando provavelmente a face desses reis, há mais de 20 mil anos. Não sei até onde isso é verdade mas praticamente todas as esculturas que vi possuem traços africanos.
There's someting else I really like. Ancient civilizations. I was practicing watercolor and I had some ideas, so I created a landscape with Olmec ruins. The colossal heads were until 4 meters high and until 65 tons. What I know is that they were made to pay tribute to the great African kings who used to visit the mexican pyramids, so the olmecs built these monuments, probalby showing the faces of theses kings, 20 thousands years ago. I don't know how true this is, but practically all the scultures I've seen have african features.
